Therapy for Chronic Pain, Burnout, & Fatigue—Grounded in Science, Built for Your Life
You might be here because your provider recommended therapy to help with pain, stress, or burnout. If that idea feels unfamiliar — or like just one more thing to do — you’re not alone.
Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful people who’ve been managing solo—or pushing through—for a long time. Therapy wasn’t always on their radar, either.
But when pain, fatigue, or frustration starts getting in the way of how you want to live or work, it’s worth trying a new approach — especially one grounded in science, tailored to your goals, and designed to get traction.
You deserve support that works.

Common Reasons People Get Referred
→ Chronic pain and pain flare-up cycles
→ Pain-related anxiety, tension, or stress
→ Burnout from caregiving, overwork, or illness
→ Fatigue, brain fog, or trouble focusing
→ Feeling “stuck” in rehab therapies or daily routines, despite good effort
You don’t have to check every box—but if even one resonates, that matters.
