What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your session rate.

  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of your session rate. If your session was part of a pre-paid package, it will be considered used or forfeited with a no-show.

If you experience an emergency or technical issue, please reach out to me as soon as possible to see if a no-show fee may be waived and if your appointment can be rescheduled.

Please note that worsening symptoms related to your presenting concern do not qualify as an emergency under this policy.

Living with chronic pain means some days are harder than others. Therapy is about learning how to navigate those difficult days. If you're in the middle of a flare, that doesn’t mean you have to push through a full session, but it also doesn’t mean you have to cancel. Maybe we spend our time doing a guided relaxation practice, or we switch to a phone session if that feels more manageable. The goal isn’t to force anything—it’s to help you build confidence that you can get through tough moments with support. Therapy is here to help you find solutions, even on the hard days.
