Is chronic pain therapy evidence-based?

Yes. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), pain neuroscience education, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. I also offer Empowered Relief, a pain coping skills class developed at Stanford University and backed by clinical research.
