What happens in a typical session?
Each session is a collaborative space tailored to your needs, your goals, and your energy that day. We might explore how pain is showing up in different areas of your life, practice tools to help calm and regulate your nervous system, or work together to notice (and gently shift) patterns in thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that may be impacting your pain experience. If you completed questionnaires before the appointment, we’ll go over your results together.

Sometimes sessions feel like a down-to-earth conversation where we make space for what’s hard. Other times, it might be a more structured practice—like guided breathwork, values-based goal setting, or working through a specific skill. And some days, it’s a mix of both.
You’ll always be an active participant in deciding what we focus on. I’ll offer guidance and strategies rooted in evidence-based approaches, but we’ll co-create the path forward based on what feels most helpful and supportive for you.
